Roombooking

You must self-submit a request in our booking system which is then handled by the rom coordinator. The booking is valid from the moment you get approval by mail.

The details of the event must be filled out as accurately and completely as possible in the booking form. It is important to include which facilities you need.

Booking requests for the spring semester is processed from 01/12. Requests for the autumn semester are handled from 01/06.
